Having problems using the journey planner? View these helpful hints and tips.

Several features on the TransLink website use JavaScript and may not display correctly if JavaScript is disabled, or you are using an older browser. View your browsers help file to enable JavaScript.

Screen resolution

The TransLink website is designed for screen resolutions set at 1024 x 768 or higher. Care has been taken to make the website usable at 800 x 600 but certain pages may appear cluttered. If you are having trouble viewing all of the content on the website, you can try increasing your screen resolution. View your browsers help file to change your screen resolution.

File formats

Many publications produced by TransLink are stored in a Portable Document Format (PDF) and Rich Text Format (RTF). To view these files you need a viewer installed, for example Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft WordPad.

Several pages on TransLink website utilise Adobe Flash technology, Windows Media Video codecs. To view these pages you will need a flash player (for example Adobe Flash Player) or the correct codec installed.

Text size

You can make the text larger or smaller on this site, or on any website you visit, by changing the settings on your computer.

Cookies

The TransLink Transit Authority's website uses cookies for the sole purpose of remembering your preferred journey planner visibility setting (visible/hidden). The cookies stored do not contain any personal details.
