Royal Children's Hospital to Windsor
The first stage of the Northern Busway opened in August 2009 and links the Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) to Windsor via the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH). This section of the Northern Busway provides easy access to Queensland's largest public hospital from the CBD and makes travel to and from the city's northside faster and more reliable.
RBWH busway station
The RBWH busway station features high quality urban design, modern landscaping, plenty of shade and shelter and innovative environmental features.
The station features three levels and two elevated 60m long platforms. Like all TransLink busway station, RBWH station offers first-class security features that are monitored around the clock, including CCTV cameras, emergency all points and patrolling Busway Safety Officers.
