Planning and projects

Infrastructure improvements including station upgrades, park 'n' ride projects and the growth in the busway network assist in encouraging more people to use public transport.

How do we do it - community engagement
We are committed to leading and delivering a public transport system that is valued by the people of South East Queensland.
Part of this commitment involves inviting and encouraging feedback from the community on projects that affect them.
This can include:
- getting customer feedback on proposed timetables or changes to routes
- having customer satisfaction surveys carried out by independent research firms
- getting feedback on plans to upgrade or build new public transport infrastructure.
You may be invited to attend an information session hosted by TransLink in your local community. These sessions are usually advertised in local newspapers, on our website or via a newsletter or flyer dropped in your letterbox.
Of course you don't have to wait for us to come to you. We welcome your feedback any time to help us improve our services and continue to shape the future of public transport - contact us.
