TransLink information booth, Queen Street Mall

The TransLink information booth in the Visitor Information Centre (opposite the Winter Garden) can provide passengers with the following information:
  • bus, train and ferry timetables and schedules
  • journey planning solutions including routes, stop locations and connections
  • ticket and fare enquiries
  • transport information to special events
  • general information about the TransLink system and operators
  • customer feedback about your experience with public transport services
  • suggestions for improvements.

Monday – Thursday: 9am to 5.30pm
Friday: 9am to 7pm
Saturday: 9am to 5pm
Sunday: 9.30am to 4.30pm
