Unless you are a regular public transport user travelling to a specific destination, the number of routes, locations and timetables on offer may be confusing. To make using public transport your first choice, the TransLink Transit Authority has a public transport information call centre to make your travel as easy and simple as possible.

Contact the TransLink call centre on 13 12 30 for the cost of a local call.

Operating 24 hours, seven days a week the TransLink Transit Authority call centre is your one stop for all of your public transport needs. You can get information on:

  • bus, train and ferry timetables and schedules
  • journey planning solutions including routes, stop locations and connections
  • ticket and fare enquiries
  • transport to special events
  • general information about the TransLink system and network operators
  • customer feedback about your experience with public transport services
  • suggestions for improvements.

Other non-TransLink services across the region are also included.

A three-way conversation with an interpreter will be setup for non-English speaking callers.
