If you are an aged person or a younger person with a disability (or a carer of such a person) and have difficulty accessing public transport or a private vehicle, you could be eligible for community transport (CT) services. There are a number of community groups throughout South East Queensland which provide community transport services. Listed below are the contact details for some of these community groups.
